Indoorsman September Tournament and League Results

Rob Heitkamp Sweeps September with Indoorsman of the Month and League Victories

September belonged to Rob Heitkamp.

After entering Championship Night with the lead at Medinah Country Club, Rob closed out the month by capturing his first Indoorsman of the Month title. At the same time, a strong month of League play propelled him to the top of the September Indoorsman League standings.

The result: two September victories, the top League prize, and a new face on the Indoorsman Wall of Fame.

A Wire-to-Wire Win at Medinah

Rob put himself in the driver’s seat during the Indoorsman of the Month qualifier at Medinah Country Club, shooting a +4 (76) to take the top spot.

That gave him a four-stroke advantage over Nic Murk heading into the in-person championship, with qualifying scores carrying over into the final round.

On Championship Night, Rob finished the job and secured his first Indoorsman of the Month championship.

With the victory, Rob earns one of our favorite prizes: his photo on the Indoorsman Wall of Fame, joining the growing group of members who have captured an IoTM title in 2026.

Congratulations, Rob!

Rob Takes the September League, Too

The tournament wasn’t Rob’s only September victory.

After a full month of 18-hole rounds, Par 3 challenges, Closest to the Pin competitions, Long Drives and double-point League Nights, Rob also finished atop the September Indoorsman League leaderboard.

It came down to a tight race at the top. Rob’s 1,508 points edged Nic Murk by just 65 points, while August League champion Chris English finished third with 1,375.

All five of our September leaders finish in the prize pool, with Rob taking home the month’s top prize.

Two Months, Two League Champions

September was just the second month of the Indoorsman League, and we’ve already seen two different members reach the top.

Chris English captured the inaugural monthly League title in August, while Rob Heitkamp takes September.

The League leaderboard resets each month, giving everyone a fresh opportunity to compete for monthly prizes. At the same time, those points continue to accumulate toward our year-long standings, so every event can still make a difference beyond a single month.

October Is Up Next

A new month means a new leaderboard, new events, new courses and another prize pool.

Whether you’re trying to win the whole thing or just looking for something different to play when you book a bay, the Indoorsman League gives you events to jump into throughout the month.

And remember: League Nights are your opportunity to make the biggest moves, with Thursday events earning double points.

Congratulations again to Rob Heitkamp on an impressive September sweep—and on earning a new spot on the Indoorsman Wall of Fame.
