All bookings and membership payments are processed through our provider, Trackman (via Trackman’s “Your Golf Booking” system).

When you interact with Trackman’s tools, your information is processed under Trackman’s privacy policy. We receive only the data needed to operate your membership (e.g., name, contact info, and booking details). We do not store or have access to full payment card numbers.

6) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating Indoorsman GC (e.g., HubSpot, Trackman, Google, hosting, email delivery, and security/access systems). These providers may only use your data as instructed and are contractually bound to safeguard it.
  • Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Google) to measure performance and deliver relevant marketing. Shared data is limited to cookie or device-level identifiers and is not used for unrelated advertising.
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, to protect rights, safety, or property.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7) Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Examples:

  • Access and security logs: For a defined retention period (e.g., 30–90 days) unless needed for investigations
